Bayer Leverkusen are reportedly not keen to make Callum Hudson-Odoi’s stay permanent this summer with the Chelsea winger failing to impress the German top flight giants.
According to Sky Germany ( via The Sun), it is claimed that Hudson-Odoi faces a bleak future at Leverkusen for whom he signed for last summer in a season-long loan deal with Chelsea hoping that the transfer could earn him regular game time.
The one-time England international, however, has scored just once this season in all competitions and finds himself out of favour with the Leverkusen head coach Xabi Alonso who is likely to deem his on-loan forward surplus to requirements come the summer.
Hudson-Odoi is not expected to have a future with his parent club Chelsea as well with the Blues boasting of a well-stocked attacking department after their recent business over the last two transfer windows.
Another new signing will be joining Graham Potter’s side in the coming months in the shape of French international Christopher Nkunku who has already sealed his move to the Bridge from RB Leipzig.
