Chelsea are keen to move in for Serie A duo Weston McKennie and Dusan Vlahovic with the Blues tipped for a major overhaul of their squad in the mid-season transfer window.
McKennie could become key to Chelsea’s plans in the transfer market as the Stamford Bridge camp prepare for life without N’Golo Kante and Jorginho, both of whom are out of contract at the end of the season.
The USMNT midfield man McKennie has a price tag of €30 million and the Chelsea manager Graham Potter is expected to fork out a fee in that region to bring in a promising youngster who can reignite the engine room.
According to a report from CalcioMercato ( via Evening Standard), it is claimed that the west London club are mulling over an approach for McKennie’s Juventus teammate, Dusan Vlahovic, to freshen their misfiring front line.
Vlahovic is linked with a move away from Juventus just 12 months after joining the Turin giants for a hefty fee with the Serbian frontman not impressing the Juventus board with his mixed bag of showings in the attacking third.
