Graham Potter is keen to sign RB Leipzig dangerman Benjamin Sesko with the Chelsea manager looking to add to his front line options next summer.
Sesko has netted 10 goals in 25 outings while on loan at RB Salzburg after being loaned out to the Austrian side following his move to sister club RB Leipzig at the start of the 2022-23 season.
According to a report from the Spanish publication Fichajes ( via teamTALK), it is claimed that Potter has asked Todd Boehly to bring in Sesko who can prove to be the firepower required by Chelsea in the final third of the pitch.
Sesko is likely to link up with his parent club Leipzig on a permanent basis next summer and this could complicate matters for Chelsea who would be forced to shell out a big-money asking price to convince Leipzig to approve the transfer.
The Blues’ deadline day recruit Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has failed to hit the ground running at the Bridge with just three goals in 12 appearances for the ex-Arsenal talisman hinting he is not one for the future.
