Chelsea could be open to the sale of academy graduate Armando Broja

Chelsea could be open to the sale of the highly-promising academy graduate Armando Broja who has been eyed up by Serie A champions AC Milan.

Broja’s future at Stamford Bridge had courted much attention in the summer transfer window with West Ham United credited with a strong interest in moving in for the Albanian forward only for Chelsea to dismiss the rumoured bid.

Italian giants AC Milan are said to be on the lookout for reinforcements to strengthen their aging attacking roster and have identified Chelsea starlet Broja as a viable target ahead of the coming transfer windows.

According to a report from CalcioMercato, the San Siro camp are hopeful of securing Broja’s signature should he continue to remain a rotation option under the new Chelsea head coach Graham Potter over the course of this campaign.

Despite Broja putting pen to paper on a long-term deal at the Bridge which is only due to expire come 2028, AC Milan fancy their chances of bringing in Broja for a modest fee of around £27 million with Chelsea said to be willing to green light the transfer.
