AC Milan keen on moving in for Chelsea’s young forward Armando Broja

AC Milan are said to be keen on moving in for Chelsea’s young forward Armando Broja who can be the ideal replacement at San Siro for the veteran Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

According to a report from the Italian news outlet Calciomercato, it is understood that Chelsea starlet Broja has emerged on the transfer radar of AC Milan with the Serie A holders looking to bring in a new No.9.

Ibrahimovic is expected to hang his boots at the end of the season which has forced AC Milan into a hunt for a new signing to bolster their front line come next summer.

Broja was subject to serious interest from Chelsea’s local rivals West Ham United in the summer window earlier this year but the Albanian striker ended up staying put with the Blues under then-head coach Thomas Tuchel.

It remains to be seen whether the newly appointed Chelsea boss Graham Potter will be equally keen to use Broja in his first-team plans at the Bridge following the deadline day signing of the much experienced Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
