Bayern Munich have been credited with a strong interest in landing Chelsea wide player Hakim Ziyech who has struggled of late in the English capital.
Ziyech made the move to Chelsea in the summer of 2020 from Ajax to much fanfare from the Stamford Bridge faithful but has not been able to replicate the stellar run of form witnessed in Holland’s top flight.
Amid speculation that the Moroccan international could be heading out the exit door at Chelsea in the summer, reports from Fichajes have claimed that Bayern Munich are keeping close tabs on Ziyech’s situation.
Joining Bayern in the fray are fierce domestic rivals Borussia Dortmund who will find themselves in the transfer market on the hunt for attacking reinforcement should wantaway star striker Erling Haaland decide to call it quits.
It remains to be seen whether the Blues boss Thomas Tuchel would be keen on parting ways with Ziyech as the attacking ranks at the Bridge fail to hit the ground running despite Romelu Lukaku’s return last summer.
