Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Tiemoue Bakayoko are both in line to be given a chance to display their worth in the Chelsea shirt by boss Thomas Tuchel in the forthcoming pre-season tour awaiting the Blues.
Reports from The Express claim that Tuchel is keen on shipping out the highly-promising midfield talent Billy Gilmour for a loan spell next season and wants to hand a lifeline to the fringe likes of Loftus-Cheek and Bakayoko.

Both midfield players have been linked with an exit from the club in this summer’s transfer window as they gear up to return to Stamford Bridge after their loan spells away from Chelsea this previous season.
Loftus-Cheek has been eyed up by his former Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri who has now taken over at Serie A outfit Lazio while Bakyoko is a target this summer for Italian duo AC Milan and Inter Milan.
Tuchel, however, is in line to offer both players an opportunity to stay put at the club beyond this summer should they step up with displays for the Blues across the pre-season tour later this summer.
