Chelsea vs West Bromwich Albion – Chelsea’s Predicted Lineup | EPL 20-21

The Blues will get back to business on their quest to clinch a top-four finish when they welcome relegation candidates West Brom for Saturday’s meeting at Stamford Bridge.

Thomas Tuchel is unbeaten nearly three months into his reign as the Chelsea gaffer and West Brom’s visit this weekend seems unlikely to cause a dent in Tuchel’s men being rampant across their recent displays.

With the Champions League last-eight tie against FC Porto just around the corner, we could see some tinkering by Tuchel in his teamsheet for the forthcoming top-flight clash.

Let us now have a look at how Thomas Tuchel might set up his Chelsea side against West Brom-

Edouard Mendy is likely to displace Kepa between the sticks after the latter had been given a rare outing in FA Cup action as Tuchel’s men handed a defeat to Sheffield United.

Antonio Rudiger would be in line to reclaim his starting spot alongside Andres Christensen which would spell out the end of Kurt Zouma’s extended involvement of late.

Changes would be made in the centre of the park as well for Chelsea with Jorginho expected to partner Mateo Kovacic and Mason Mount as N’Golo Kante’s recent injury makes him doubtful for the upcoming game.

Up top Olivier Giroud is certain to drop down to the bench to make way for Timo Werner who would be hoping to break his recent duck in front of the goal.
