Kai Havertz is drafted back into the Blues eleven which would take on the high-flying Everton at Stamford Bridge as Thomas Tuchel looks to record a second straight win against Merseyside opponents.
Last week’s win over Liverpool at Anfield had ensured Chelsea’s entry into the top-four of the Premier League table and Tuchel would be hoping for a similar sort of showing from his players this time around as well to cement their credentials in the standings.
Antonio Rudiger drops out of the XI and taking the German’s spot in the heart of the backline alongside Andreas Christensen is Kurt Zouma, with Thiago Silva still on the bench after his return from injury.
Another change rang in for the hosts is Mateo Kovacic replacing N’Golo Kante in the centre of the park and Chelsea’s man of the match against Liverpool, Mason Mount, also finds himself on the bench for the Stamford Bridge showdown.
