Juventus could once again be involved in talks to sign long-term target Jorginho, according to reports from ESPN, which claim that the Chelsea midfielder is courting interest from the Serie A giants heading into next summer.
The Italian international had been a major source of interest for Juventus last summer but Andre Pirlo’s taking over as the boss of the club had deterred their plans of making a move for the 29-year-old Jorginho.
However, reports suggest that Jorginho’s far from confirmed status as a first-team regular in Thomas Tuchel’s plans at Chelsea is likely to cause the midfield player to seek a move away from West London at the close of this ongoing campaign.
With just another two years left on his current deal with the Blues, Jorginho would be looking towards greener pastures amid speculation that new coach Tuchel is certain to spend big money in the summer transfer window to overhaul his team’s ranks.
Juventus have endured an unusually timid domestic campaign this time around and is understood to have convinced the Italian side of using the market to bring in fresh faces at the Allianz Stadium.
